Ja — du behöver tillhandahålla din företagstext och eventuella foton du vill använda. Jag kan råda dig om vad som behövs, och om du behöver en copywriter eller fotograf kan jag peka dig i rätt riktning.
Kan jag uppdatera webbplatsen själv?
Ja. Enkla innehållsändringar (som öppettider eller priser) är okomplicerade. Om du har ett underhållsavtal gör jag dessa ändringar åt dig inom din månadskvot.
Vad händer om något går sönder?
Hör av dig så fixar jag det. Kunder med underhållsplan får prioriterad respons. Jag övervakar alla webbplatser för driftstopp, så jag vet ofta innan du gör det.
Arbetar du med företag utanför Storbritannien?
Ja — även om de flesta av mina kunder är brittiska småföretag. Jag arbetar på distans, så plats är inget hinder.
