Most small business websites are live within 2–4 weeks of you approving the design. Larger or more complex sites may take a little longer — I'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
Yes — you'll need to provide your business text and any photos you want to use. I can advise on what's needed, and if you need a copywriter or photographer, I can point you in the right direction.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Simple content changes (like opening hours or prices) are straightforward. If you're on a care plan, I'll make those changes for you as part of your monthly allowance.
What happens if something breaks?
Get in touch and I'll fix it. Care plan customers get priority response. I monitor all sites for downtime, so I'll often know before you do.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes — though most of my clients are UK-based small businesses. I work remotely, so location is no barrier.
Do you handle hosting and domain names?
I'll advise on the best hosting setup for your site and help you get it all configured — but you own your domain and hosting account, not me. That way you're never locked in.
