De meeste websites voor kleine bedrijven zijn live binnen 2–4 weken na uw goedkeuring van het ontwerp. Grotere of complexere sites kunnen iets langer duren — ik geef u een realistische tijdlijn in uw offerte.
Moet ik content en foto's aanleveren?
Ja — u dient uw bedrijfstekst en eventuele foto's die u wilt gebruiken aan te leveren. Ik kan adviseren wat er nodig is, en als u een tekstschrijver of fotograaf nodig heeft, kan ik u in de juiste richting wijzen.
Kan ik de website zelf bijwerken?
Ja. Eenvoudige inhoudswijzigingen (zoals openingstijden of prijzen) zijn eenvoudig uit te voeren. Als u een onderhoudsplan heeft, doe ik die wijzigingen voor u als onderdeel van uw maandelijkse allowance.
Wat gebeurt er als er iets stukgaat?
Neem contact op en ik los het op. Onderhoudsplanklanten krijgen prioriteitsrespons. Ik monitor alle sites op downtime, dus ik weet het vaak al voordat u het merkt.
Werkt u ook met bedrijven buiten het VK?
Ja — hoewel de meeste van mijn klanten kleine bedrijven in het VK zijn. Ik werk op afstand, dus locatie is geen belemmering.
